dotcalm was formed in 2003. Veronika Freeman, owner, has 15+ years of graphic design and marketing experience.
Veronika has won two design awards: a national Jewish Community Centers Association of North America brochure design award and a team DMA ECHO Collegiate Award, on which she was the designer of the marketing collateral. She has also received awards for volunteerism from Fleet Bank and for business plan development from the Women’s Business Center of NYS. Veronika was also a Distinguished Chapter Service Award Winner in 2004 for the Society of Technical Communication (STC). The Distinguished Chapter Service Awards acknowledge the work of chapter members who provide exemplary service to the Society through their dedication to the chapter and its activities.
dotcalm enjoys giving each client the attention and support they need from the beginning of the project until completion. Veronika’s years of networking experience have resulted in invaluable vendor & community contacts and resources; which have been a great benefit to her clients.
She calls herself a “design therapist” because when she picks up your project she also “takes away all the stress surrounding your it…I pass that to my husband (who is amazingly calm!) and I get to work; returning only your completed project to you…stress-free!”
